Prof. (Dr.) Kotha Madhu Murthy is an academician and administrator, currently serving as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). With over 37 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Entrepreneurship, he has significantly contributed to higher education policy, research, and institutional development. Prior to his appointment as Chairman, he was a Professor (HAG) at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal (NITW) and a Member of the Board of Governors (NITW).
